Marcus Fronius

Marcus Fronius (born 1659 in Neustadt, Siebenbürgen - died 14 April 1713 in Kronstadt, Siebenbürgen) was a Lutheran theologian, pedagogue, and author whose published works covered topics such as theology, metaphysics, and humoural physiology.[1][2][3][4]

Fronius, a Transylvanian Saxon, studied under the tutelage of Johann Deutschmann and Abraham Calovius, obtaining an M.Th. from the University of Wittenberg in 1682.[1]
